A recovered transaction is a payment that initially failed and was subsequently completed through PayMingle's retry or alternate-routing logic.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the admin dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Are there setup or integration fees?

No setup fees. Integration is a single code snippet. PSP connection fees (if any) are charged by the PSP directly, not by PayMingle.

How is the success fee calculated?

The success fee applies only to transactions where PayMingle's recovery logic contributed to a successful outcome — it is calculated on the recovered sale value.
